Bitcoin ETF

Finsec Associates is launching its physical Bitcoin (BTCv2) ETF, a electronic traded asset which tracks the price of Bitcoin (BTC).
The advantage we have is in our experience within cryptocurrency, our access to blockchain capital investors and our infrastructure including merchant service with WBTC (currently dormant, but ready to activate) and our BTC Mobile strategy (Mobile application frontend for BTCv2), also our understanding of the new defi for  BTC models including Trust Machines - Stacks.co and BRC 20 (Ordinals NFTs etc)
Bitcoin’s core protocol, Layer-2 scaling solutions are key to expanding the use cases and ecosystem for Bitcoin. Currently, the major Layer-2s are Lightning Network, Stacks, Rootstock, and Liquid Network.

Bitcoin ETFs can only hold Bitcoin futures contracts or stocks of companies, thus Physical 'Spot' Bitcoin ETFs provides secure, initutionally compliant exposure to cryptocurrency.

BTCv2 is 100% asset backed by a Bitcoin Trust, holdings in custody of Finsec Associates 'cold wallet' methodology, thus providing financial security to buyers/clients.

BTCv2 plans create its own mining and development licenses, to create a HQ and to further creation of a recruitment drive in the financial sector, utilising online/mobile nodes to connect with this newly appointed staff across the region, who will become financially viable as  activities via blockchain technology, utilising immutable distributed ledgers.
